The goal of this sheet is to get a first draft for your Annual Review. When you answer the questions try to write freely without going into editor mode.

Whether or not you publish your Annual Review, completing this exercise and attempting to answer the questions honestly will serve you well for the year ahead.

I’ve shared annual reviews for the last two years (2021 and 2022) and I’ve always found the act of reviewing my year instrumental in getting alignment for and planning the next one.
